The Knights took on their cross town rivals in the Trinity Christian Crusaders. The Crusaders handed the JV Knights a loss earlier in the season, so our Knights were looking to avenge that loss. The Crusaders came out strong outscoring the Knights 15-22 in the 1st quarter. But the Knights answered back with a 22-12 showing in the 2nd quarter. The Knights took a 37-34 lead into the half. And they would never trail again. The Knights came out of halftime with a 12-0 run giving them the largest lead of the game of 15! But the Crusaders wouldn't go out without a fight and cut the lead down to 5 going into the 4th quarter. Chris Dodoo and Emery Simmons combined for 14 of 20 points in the 4th quarter and lead the JV Knights to a 76-71 victory. Carter Morgan lead all scorers with 24 points connecting on 6 3-pointers!!!
